We are truly so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We completely understand how upsetting it can feel when a shade appears different than expected. We do our absolute best to display the most accurate color possible, however unfortunately this is beyond our control at times, as product photos are taken only with a standard iPhone camera in daylight, and different screen settings, brightness, displays, and lighting can all alter how a shade appears in person. Because of this, we always carefully mention that slight differences in color may occur.

If you are ever unsure of a shade before purchasing, you are always more than welcome to reach out to us directly and we will gladly do our best to provide additional descriptions or photos in various lighting to help better represent the color

As for the side length and arm coverage, we do not recommend our Mini Khimars specifically for arm coverage, as this design was intentionally created to be much shorter and lighter for shorter sisters and for everyday errands so it would not get in the way of the arms. The shorter side length was also necessary to maintain the rounded teardrop shape of the khimar. This is listed within the sizing details as well, where the side length is noted to be approximately 40 cm.

For sisters looking for fuller arm coverage and more flow on the sides, we would instead highly recommend our Standard Khimars, as they are designed much longer and provide significantly more coverage overall.
