Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at VeiledHayati@gmail.com to request a resolution.

Requests made after this 2-day period will not be accepted

If approved, you must ship the item back within 2 business days

Requests will be cancelled if the item is not shipped within 1 week.
Note: Any visible chalk or fabric marker marks are not considered defects. These markings are part of the tailoring process and are used to guide cutting and stitching. They are completely washable, non-damaging, and expected to be removed with your first wash. As with any new garment, we recommend washing all items before wearing.
Shipping and Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes apartment or unit numbers, street names, postal codes, and contact information.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or failure to respond to carrier contact attempts:
