We do NOT offer returns or exchanges at this time

To ensure the best possible fit and satisfaction, we provide detailed product descriptions, comprehensive size charts, and encourage you to carefully consider your measurements before making a purchase.

If you receive a defective garment, or the wrong product, please reach out to our customer service team within 2 days of recieving the garment to discuss a solution. If more than two days have passed since recieving your item ,your refund/exchange will be declined.  (Veiledhayati@gmail.com)

Please note you will have a time frame of 2 business days to ship the item back out, if its been more than a week we will cancel your request

At Veiled Hayati Co., it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. This includes all necessary details such as house/apartment number, street name, postal code, and contact information.


If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable delivery address, the following will apply:


  • No refunds will be issued for returned packages caused by customer-provided address errors or failure to respond to carrier contact attempts.
  • The customer may request to have the package re-shipped, but will be responsible for additional shipping fees.



To avoid any delivery issues, please double-check your address during checkout and monitor your email or phone for any delivery updates from our shipping partners.

Customer Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to choose the correct sizing and ensure you know your height and measurements. We provide as much information as possible to help you make an informed decision.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse sale and refund any purchase for any reason with the 3% fee. Cancellation fees will be charged with a 3% fee.

 

Important:

  • Veiled Hayati is not responsible for any damage/wear to the product you purchase after it has been received. It is important that you contact us the same day the item is recieved if your item is faulty on receipt, otherwise we cannot accept the item.
