Our pricing is intentionally crafted and our sales are very limited.

❥ We do not apply price adjustments for orders placed before or after a sale

By placing an order, you agree to the listed price at the time of purchase. Sale prices cannot be retroactively honored.

♡ Defective or Incorrect Items
If the wrong item or a defective garment arrives, please email us at VeiledHayati@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
❥ Requests after 2 days cannot be accepted
❥ If approved, the item must be shipped back within 2 business days
❥ Requests will be cancelled if the item is not shipped within 1 week
Please note:
Chalk or fabric-marker lines are normal and not considered defects. These markings guide the tailoring process, are fully washable, and will fade after the first wash. As with any new garment, we recommend washing before wearing.

♡ Shipping & Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and correct contact information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to lack of response to carrier attempts:
❥ No refunds will be issued
❥ Re-shipment is available upon request, with new shipping fees paid by the customer
