⚠️New policy⚠️ : We do NOT offer return at this time & ONLY offer exchanges. 

To ensure the best possible fit and satisfaction, we provide detailed product descriptions, comprehensive size charts, and encourage you to carefully consider your measurements before making a purchase.

If you receive a defective garment, the wrong product, or if you chose special alteration and the garment does not meet your specifications, please reach out to our customer service team within 2 days of recieving the garment to discuss a solution. (Veiledhayati@gmail.com)

Please note you will have a time frame of 2 business days to ship the item back out, if its been more than a week we will cancel your request.

 

Exchanges:

An exchange can be requested if the item is unworn and undamaged, it must be requested two days upon recieving the item. Exchanged items are shipped once the orginal is recieved. Please note: you will have to cover shipping costs both ways. 

Customer Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to choose the correct sizing and ensure you know your height and measurements. We provide as much information as possible to help you make an informed decision.

 

 

 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse sale and refund any purchase for any reason with the 3% fee. Cancellation fees will be charged with a 3% fee.

 

Important:

  • Veiled Hayati is not responsible for any damage/wear to the product you purchase after it has been received. It is important that you contact us the same day the item is recieved if your item is faulty on receipt, otherwise we cannot accept the item.
