We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handed over to the courier and is no longer within our control. Shipping times are estimates and may take longer due to external circumstances.

Veiled Hayati is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to orders outside of the U.S.

All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We offer prepaid duties at checkout.

Please note: Customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery. We do not control how long customs takes to release your package.

♡ Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, the courier may leave a card with redelivery instructions.

If no card is left, you may arrange redelivery using your tracking number.

If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us:

❥ You either choose to be refunded minus the shipping costs OR

❥ Schedule a re-shipment , shipping costs applied again.

❥ In some cases, failure to collect may result in the parcel being lost, and we are not obligated to refund if this occurs

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct name and shipping address at checkout.

Veiled Hayati is not responsible if:

❥ No refunds will be issued

Address changes may be possible after purchase only if the order has not been dispatched yet.
